At present, there are about 6 crore youths in Bangladesh. They are working for the development of the country. The contribution of the youth in every field of building a sustainable Bangladesh, empowering women, education, and health security is undeniable. Save Earth Society has been organizing various programs for the last year to empower the youth. Along with the training program for the leadership development of the youth, campaigns are being conducted for the development of youth power in the villages.

There is no alternative to youth power in building a beautiful and sustainable state. International Youth Skills Day is an inspiration for every one of our youths. Save Earth is advancing through youth leadership. We remember with respect the contribution of the youth in building the future of Bangladesh.

World Youth Skills Day will be celebrated today, aiming at promoting the importance of skill development among young people.

The theme of this year’s World Youth Skills Day is “Youth Empowerment Through Digital Skills and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The World Youth Skills Day is being observed every year on July 15 to recognise the strategic importance of equipping young people with the skills needed for employment, decent work, and entrepreneurship.

The present young society is a generation who are struggling for their own careers and also being influenced by social media. 

The day is also being observed for raising awareness that we should not only depend on the conventional study but also prepare ourselves for our own through practical skills.

The National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) is working to forge a skills development ecosystem along with public-private participants. 

The significance of the day is to make the youth adapt to changing workplaces and entrepreneurship through the development of skills of the youth for building a modern, developed Bangladesh.

The General Assembly of the United Nations has announced July 15, 2014, as the “World Youth Skills Day.” The observation of the day has begun for providing employment through technical expertise, vocational education, and training among the youth community.
